We control the entire manufacturing process: pressing, sintering, polishing — even designing our own tools and machines.

Full control from powder to finished carbide ball
We select the powders, then press, sinter, grind and inspect 100 % of our carbide balls in-house.
- Pressing - 2 rotary presses, 4 uni-axial presses
- Sintering - 1 hot isostatic pressing (HIP) furnace
- Grinding - 60 grinding stations
- Metrologie - sphericity, diameter, roughness, hardness, visual inspection up to x1500 magnification
